This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you use our website and free tools, and what we do with it. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
When you ask for your report on one of our free tools, we collect:
- your name
- your WhatsApp number
- your business name
- the tool you used and a one-line summary of your result
- how you found us (for example, an Instagram link or a Google search), if your browser shares it
- whether you ticked the box to receive occasional tips
That's it. We do not ask for passwords, payment details or anything else.
What stays on your device
Images, logos and files you add to our tools (like the Grid Preview or Safe Zone Checker) are processed inside your browser. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
Why we collect it
- To send you the report you asked for on WhatsApp.
- To follow up about that report and, if you'd like, talk about working together.
- Only if you ticked the box: to send occasional tips and festive planning reminders.
We never sell your details or share them with other businesses for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Your details are saved to a private Google Sheet that only the Artbox Social team can open, and a copy arrives in our email inbox. Your WhatsApp conversation with us stays in WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run your account for as long as we work together.
Your choices
- Stop messages: reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
- See, correct or delete your details: email Artbox.snigdha@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll do it within 7 working days.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw at any time, and it is as easy as giving it. Just tell us.
Cookies and tracking
We don't run advertising pixels on this site. Your browser remembers a few small things locally (like whether you've already seen our intro and how you first arrived) so the site works smoothly. None of this identifies you.
